Along with a comic I've started writing a book. I'd like to practice writing more so expect this blog to have a lot more rambling to it! Well, not rambling but actually formulated ideas and opinions about creating things in general. Though I'm still reticent about my personal work it will slowly show itself through the subject matter of my written posts.
Perhaps this is the connection I'd like to make with those that follow my blog- just slapping my art up here isn't working for me; I'd much rather share our ideas. I realize this is merely half an art blog to me. I don't need more posts, I need posts of greater quality!
Is there any artistic subject matter that would be fun to write about? I'm curious about what points(or counterpoints) you'd like to see me make.

Awesome work here, congrats!
Great drawing! I just stumbled upon your blog and I like how you publish drawings in different stages.
What I'd like to read is how you mix digital and pen'n'paper drawing? At what point in your process do you move away from the paper to a computer? Do you go back?
In this drawing, for example, the textures of the stone heads and the background trees contribute a lot to the general style, so did you find them early on or were you almost done when you added them?
